The hotel is centrally located, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. Our family room was spacious and spotless. the staff was friendly and tried to assist us as best they could, despite a few hiccups. Although breakfast options were limited, the dining area was clean and tidy.

The room was decently clean and family room was very spacious, offering plenty of room for us to relax. The staff were also friendly and tried to help. The location is great, as it is situated in the heart of the city and close to tourist attractions.
The hotel didn't provide basic amenities like hair dryer or ironing board. The breakfast options were limited with nothing particularly special and the corridor noise was distracting.

The family room was spacious and well-kept. The beds were comfortable, making me feel at home. I loved that the hotel was centrally located, allowing me to explore the city's attractions without difficulty. The staff were friendly and did their best to make me feel welcomed.

During our Christmas stay, we enjoyed the large and clean family room. the beds were comfortable and the staff was accommodating. the hotel was located in a central area, which made the attractions easily accessible.
We were disappointed that the hotel did not provide necessary amenities such as an ironing board, hair dryer or heater in the room, and we had to call reception for hot water. the breakfast options were also limited, and there was a lot of noise in the corridors which was audible in the room.
